Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of digital downloads are final.

Refunds are not available once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions

​

Refunds may be considered if:

• There is a technical issue preventing access to the product

• A duplicate purchase was made in error

​

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Custom session design services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
